Well Ryan and I had a very busy last weekend with a wedding Saturday, and a marathon on Sunday!! Gareth and Nicole, two of our good friends here in Albany got married after 8 years of courtship-it seems that Ryan and I still hold the record!!! The two of them met their first day of orientation at Georia Tech and have been together ever since. Ironically enough Ryan and I both met Gareth at the first day of orientation at Albany Law during a
cocktail hour. Awww..so cute......

We had a great time at the wedding-even without any dancing or alcohol (for me that is)! Well I take that back-Ryan and I did dance to one slow song where Ryan could sway back and forth and not move his right leg much. It was both sad and funny at the same time-meaning it was bad dancing even by middle school standards!! (For those of you who don't know Ryan is on crutches because of a torn calf. Ouch!! Hopefully it will heal on it's own - and he'll be off crutches in the next week or so.) By the way, crutches and alcohol=bad idea!!

Unfortunately we had to leave around 11 so that I could get some much needed rest for the big race the next moring! But we had a great night and were so glad to see the happy couple still having such an awesome time when we left!

I think they were having a private moment...oops! Call me the paparazzi I guess!

Yep, that's maple syrup he's chugging. He actually downed 2 of those on a dare. I stopped Ryan because...well I love maple syrup and what a waste!!!!
